Strong communication is integral to that success. We begin by listening to you, to gain an understanding of your company, it's objectives, culture and your role in meeting company objectives. We want to understand your personal pain-points, critical deadlines and what you perceive will create your win in the deal. We, then, go into action to put together a search strategy to achieve optimal results.
We know that the hiring process is a subjective thing. Candidates, need to meet certain credentialing-criteria, but the matching of a client and candidate can be an esoteric event. People work for and with people. Those individual sensitivities and psychologcal triggers are factored into every search we engage. We are not robots, (although we may work with companies who sell the tools that make them or help in designing them).
Sourcing and Targeting
Through thorough discussions with our clients, we draw up a comprehensive, qualified target list of potential candidates based on our understanding of the strategic assignment.
The Interview Process
Each potential candidate is screened by phone for the appropriateness of credentials and personality fit for the search assignment. Candidates that pass our initial screening are interviewed by a designated individual virtually or in-person. Those that match the criteria are presented to our clients. We arrange the personal interviews with our clients, unless a different arrangement is negotiated.
We, thoroughly, brief the selected candidates on the client interview in order to maximize each individual's time.
Reference checks are made and presented to our clients for review, the extent of which depends upon the contract negotiated between our company and our client companies.
Follow Up and Guarantee
Our contingency fee arrangement is negotiated within industry-acceptable market rates.
